Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to qneuroai.com (the "Website") and, where no separate written agreement applies, the QNeuroAI clinical decision-support platform (the "Platform"), both provided by QNeuroAI Inc. ("QNeuroAI", "we", "us"). By using the Website or Platform you agree to these Terms.

1. Clinical decision support only

QNeuroAI is a clinical decision-support tool intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals. It is not a standalone medical device and does not provide a diagnosis. All AI-generated findings, measurements, and reports are suggestions that must be reviewed, verified, and signed by a licensed clinician, who remains solely responsible for clinical decisions. Do not use QNeuroAI as the sole basis for diagnosis or treatment, or in emergencies.

2. Accounts and access

Access to the Platform is limited to authorized users of organizations that have an agreement with QNeuroAI. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@qneuroai.com of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload data you are not authorized to share, or use the Platform in violation of law, including HIPAA;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Website or Platform;
Use the Platform to develop a competing product, or resell access without our written permission.

4. Customer data

Customers retain all rights to the medical images and other data they upload. We process that data only to provide the Platform, as described in our Privacy Policy and any Business Associate Agreement or customer agreement in place.

5. Intellectual property

The Website, Platform, software, models, and content are owned by QNeuroAI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use them under these Terms, no rights are granted.

6. Disclaimers

The Website and Platform are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, QNeuroAI disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. Performance figures described on the Website reflect internal validation and may not be representative of results in every clinical setting.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QNeuroAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for clinical decisions made by users. Where a separate written agreement exists, its liability terms control.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
